What is it about?
How quality management, knowledge management and culture can be integrated to achieve higher performance by the firm? Previous research was centering on QM, KM or culture separately. By analyzing data we saw that QM is are core element that leads to improved company results; however, QM alone is not suffiecient, it should be bolstered by good knowledge management or effectively working culture.
Why is it important?
Adopting QM practices or KM practices or implementing changes in culture might not always be as effective as it is often claimed. Comapnies should think holistically about how they adopt QM and KM practicies
