What is it about?
Technology for mining of natural resources from the Moon and Asteroids is ready and commercial exploitation for human use is viable. But this space activity has certain legal challenges under existing Space Law of Outer Space Treaty. This article suggests ways to reconcile and revise the law to make commercial Space mining legitimate and lawful.
