Mental illness stigma is a hindrance in help seeking among students. This study explores the factors that underlie this problem.
Perspectives
The increasing number of people suffering from mental illness call for the acceptance of the psychological problems. Acceptance makes it easier to seek help from professionals. Stigma creates an us and them division resulting in discrimination towatds patients. This study explores the factors causing stigma.
