Evaluation systems in Higher Education

What is it about?

This article offers all organisations an opportunity on how to start to engage in widespread organisational change. The first step is to understand the environment through the literature and through national practice. This represents the initial phase of a three-five year body of work.

Why is it important?

It is important to place our practice within the literature and the practice of others. This is quite liberating and when you document this information you can encourage others to take an evidence based approach to widespread organisational change.
