Extraction process to extract phenolic compounds (antioxidant) from carob

What is it about?

The work concerns studying the extraction conditions in order to improuve the extraction amount of phenolic compounds from carob.

Why is it important?

If manufacturer or anybody searches the way by which the phenolic compounds may be easily extracted from carob pulp, the results found herein are favorable for the extraction process.

Perspectives
