People are particularly children suffering from malnutrition, therefore if food products are fortified with products with high protein content like fish, such problem can be solved.
Perspectives
The sturgeon fish is fresh water fish. It was underutilized and used in caviar production. This fish has high protein content which can supplement agricultural product which can also assist to utilize efficiently.
