What is it about?
This work is to develop a computational model to predict pressure pulse generated as a result of direct contact of steam and water. This is a complex phenomenon and very specialized technique is required to develop the model. The model is able to predict the pressure of the order of 200 bar as a result of direct contact condensation of steam and cold water.

Why is it important?
It is important to assess the pressure pulse generated, which may be important to conventional and nuclear power plant.
Perspectives
I contributed it working in a team and it is a part of real life project. The proposal was made by me.
