What is it about?

Why is it important?
AI is a technology which can be used to solve many problems in this world. The influence of such commentators offering distorted images of AI may cause stagnation in funding such important projects for reasons that are invalid.
Perspectives
This paper can be assisted by more empirical research on actual expert views on the topic. Something I am working on at the moment.
