Effects of a recreational football program in health markers in obese boys

What is it about?

This study examined the effects of a recreational football program (6 month; 3 times a week, 90 minutes each session) on diferentes health markers (body composition, cardiometabolic risk factors; cardiorespiratory fitness and psychological well-being), The results showed that recreation football is an effective strategy to improve health and quality of life in obese boys

Why is it important?

Is very important because now we have a new non-pharmacological strategy that we can use to improve health and quality of life in obese boys
