What is it about?
Bidens pilosa is a plant native to tropical America with anti-inflammatory properties. It is is widely used in the form of a tea to combat jaundice. We showed for the first time that topical Bidens pilosa therapy have protective effects on Carbon tetrachloride-induced intoxication.

Our findings show that not only ingestion but the bath with Bidens pilosa tea is also useful as an anti-inflammatory agent.
