Perspectives
This is the second of two papers which has looked at the UK construction industry's largest corporate volunteering program as a single case study. The first paper explored the costs and benefits for the young people in the schools that were involved. Taken together we hope that the results will stimulate more research in this area and allow firms to design more effective mutually beneficial volunteering programs.
