What is it about?

Many people in the global south believe housing provision is a life long investment that is provided incrementally. In as much as the pain to individualistic housing construction are reduced, such belief could be correct. However is it the best way to house the poor? Taking cognisant of the overall opprtunity cost of incremental housing, it seems this is not the case. the suffrage and lifelong concentration on a single house leads to enormous economic waste that need a special re-orientation. It is the redemption of the mind to focus on housing as a service rather that a measure of wealth.

Why is it important?

It is the redemption of the soul and mind to understand that the focus should be on housing as a service at a particular point in time rather that a measure of lifetime wealth.

Perspectives

The data collection for incremental builders is highly challenging but with consented efforts and commitment, anything is possible.
