Why is it important?

Our article is relevant as we believe the future of English language teaching is beyond that of the standard UK -US English dominated texts and teaching materials. We discuss moving beyond grammaticality to be more inclusive.

Perspectives

I personally hope that this paper inspires ELT practitioners to shift their focus away from grammar prescriptivism and a monolythic view of the English language.
