What is it about?
Doping of HCL and Milled Graphite Towards the Enhancement of the Electrical Properties of Polypyrrole
Featured Image
Why is it important?
Polypyrrole (PPy) doped with HCl and PPy composite with ball-milled graphite nanoparticles have been synthesized chemical polymerization technique using ammonium persulphate (APS) as an oxidant agent. The pure, doped and composites with the addition of APS samples were named S1, S5, S9 and S10 for further investigations. Results are confirmed by FTIR absorption measurements, X-ray diffraction analysis and scanning electron microscope respectively. The direct current (DC) electrical conductivity of compressed pellets was carried out by two probe Keithley source meter.
