What is it about?
This is about the use of Quantum convolutional neural network for the diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease. Alzheimer’s disease - a neurodegenerative disorder - is considered to be the major cause of Dementia. Early diagnosis of AD is critical for improving patient outcomes.

Why is it important?
QCNNs are able to learn complex features from data, which could be used to identify early signs of AD thereby resulting in an early diagnosis of a disease.
Perspectives
This will be useful for the researchers to explore the use of Quantum convolutional neural network for Alzheimer’s disease diagnosis.
