What is it about?

Some highlights include using big data applications to detect food adulteration or confirm authenticity of food products. Others include automated replenishment of vending machines using Internet of Things connected to a cloud server, sending remaining inventory position to the replenishment team to optimise the time and quantity of stock renewal.

Supply chain visibility increases with data availability and lends itself to data-driven decision making at operational, tactical, and strategic levels.
