What is it about?
The motion leadership strategies in various organizations, whether private or public organizations, are inevitable practices that cannot be ignored by organizations, as the novice leader who wants to change in order to survive and prosper for the organization can. The main intends of the present study are to explorethe reality of green intellectual capital (GIC) at Al-Mustaqbal University College and to study the influenceof GIC on sustainable performance through the interactive role of the motion leadership strategies. The problem of this study is an attempt to answer a number of questions that discussed and answered at the end of this study. This study was applied to a purposive sample made up of (52) participants out of (60) participants at Al-Mustaqbal University College.(SPSS V.26) and (AMOS 24) programs are used as statistical methods in order to show the results and test the hypotheses. So, the results of this study may have scientific benefits if the organizations’ interest in green intellectual capital and its development, which leads to reaching sustainable organizational performance and through motion leadership strategies.The study presented a set of important recommendations.
