What is it about?

Through this study, production a novel nano co-polymer via reaction phthalic anhydride with glycerol, as it was diagnosed through FTIR, 1HMNR, AFM, XRD and TEM techniques. Then studied the possibility of glutathione protein loading at a sample of nano polymers prepared at a constant temp. of 310 K and in acidic pH solutions (2.2 , 8.0).

Why is it important?

The advancement of Nanomedicine, and the improvement of drug discovery- construct the drug delivery systems, have directed to the proposed many therapeutic procedures and conventional clinical diagnostic methods studied, to improve medication specificity and accuracy in diagnosis. For example, novel medication delivery methods are being studied and their target actions in certain places are being ensured, therefore, improving their bioavailability and lowering their toxicity inside the organism.

-Synthesis of a nano co-polymer by esterification process. -Diagnosis of this nano co-polymer by (FT-IR, 1H-MNR, DSC, AFM, XRD and TEM) techniques. -Use this nano co-polymer as drug delivery system.
