What is it about?
Why is it necessary to determine the resistance in the network? To calculate the network operating mode, which will allow : to determine electricity losses; to identify subscribers with unreliable power consumption; to diagnose the technical condition of the network.

Why is it important?
What is the difficulty. The resistances of the network wires change during operation and under external influences. Metering systems in the 380 V network cannot determine the initial phase of subscriber voltages. Formulation of the problem. 1. All elements of the distribution network are linear. 2. The network uses technical means of suppressing higher harmonics of currents and voltages 3. The resistances of all phase wires are the same within the intersubscriber sections of the network and are not equal to the resistance of the neutral resistance of all phase wires are the same within the intersubscriber sections of the network and are not equal to the resistance of the neutral. 4. The metering system conducts simultaneous measurements of the effective values of voltages, active and reactive powers at the beginning of the network and for all its subscribers. 5. The indicated data of subscriber metering devices are transmitted via communication channels to the main device, in which calculations are carried out according to the proposed computational procedure. The task is to calculate the resistance of the wires of the distribution network according to the data of the accounting system.
Perspectives
The results obtained can be useful for the implementation in automated electricity metering systems of the functions of control and monitoring of non-technical losses in the distribution network, for identifying and calculating unauthorized energy consumption of subscribers, as well as for diagnosing the technical condition and level of wear of the wires of the main line.
