What is it about?

ZnGa2O4 is an emerging wide bandgap semiconductor that can be made both highly conducting and semi-insulating. Hall-effect and quantum magnetoconductivity measurements are useful in calculating donor and acceptor concentrations and understanding complex phonon properties.
