What is it about?

Weakly coupled spin valve multilayers were studied by ferromagnetic resonance. Two features have been observed: continuous decrease of the resonance field for both peaks with decreasing thickness of the metallic spacer and change of the resonance field of the free layer when the switching of the fixed layer occurs. The last effect has allowed us to extract static parameters of the fixed layer and to integrate them into the analysis.
