What is it about?

This study presents a novel methodology for human face tracking using River Formation Dynamics (RFD), an artificial intelligence technique that has demonstrated effectiveness in various fields, including internet communication systems. The research is considered pioneering in this area, as the proposed system was designed based on the principles of RFD, which simulate the natural process of river formation. The research implemented the RFD algorithm for human face tracking. The performance of the program was evaluated using the Human Vision System (HVS). Two video clips were analyzed, with the results showing an accuracy of 97.656% for the first clip and 98.94% for the second clip. The evaluation details are presented in Tables (2) and (3), where ten frames from each video were selected and systematically assessed.
