Proving that the areas surrounding the Iraqi Atomic Energy Commission are free of radioactive contamination by comparing the concentrations of radioactive isotopes in soil and plant samples of these areas with the concentrations of radioactive isotopes in the soil and plants of the points surrounding the July 14 nuclear reactor.
