What is it about?
The conceptual framework developed in this paper finds that soft factors of TQM can play a crucial role for sustainable banking system whereas technology management is a booster as mediating role while regulatory provisions used as moderator. TQM is one of the best measures for service quality improvement. Integration of internal and external aspects of an organization ultimately brings sustainability.

Perspectives
The article is future guiding path to financial institutions for getting competitive advantage in long term. It is my great pleasure to share that the proposed framework can be test empirically to their own perspective.
