What is it about?
In this work, an intellectual analysis of the scientometric indicators of teachers of the Ural State University of Economics was carried out using the example of employees of one of the institutes using Data Mining technologies and methods in the IBM SPSS STATISTICS statistical data processing system.

Why is it important?
The results obtained in the course of the study will help the management of the university and the institute to make scientifically based management decisions in order to improve research activities of the organization. Especially the results of the study prove that it is important to take into account not only the fact of the implementation of the author's publication activity plan, but also trends.
Perspectives
The most important conclusion of the study for me: Some of the research results prove that the work experience of a teacher or age is not a guarantee of the current scientific productivity of the author and universities should equally work in two directions: support for beginners, the most active young scientists and motivation of scientists with a name not to stop there, but to do science now and in the future.
