Enhanced intensity of Raman signals from hexagonal boron nitride films

What is it about?

We researched different hexagonal Boron Nitride (hBN) thicknesses and their optical signal. We calculated the optical transmission and reflection with the transfer matrix formalism and could explain the optical signal very good. Which leads to future ideas to use this knowledge for different applications.
