Why is it important?
Green retrofits carried out on buildings commercial have many benefits in terms of economic, environmental and social, as well as able to save operational costs and building maintenance by 10-20% through the BIM-5D QTO method approach is used to answer the problem of cost performance.
Perspectives
Currently, there is no expected incentive for the return of green retrofitting costs, so it is interesting to research to be able to streamline these costs by carrying out research using Building Information Modeling (BIM-5D) Quantity Take Off.
