What is it about?
Dose rate measurement of fission products mixture is etremely important for the fighting efficiency. The correct measurement of dosimeter devices requires the knowledge of angular and energy dependence. These dependences were calculated and gauged for the semiconductor detector.

Why is it important?
For the calculation of energy dependence were used the Moliére electron transport theory and Tabata´s approximations. The results were compared. In addition the angular dependency was analysed.
Perspectives
I find this task very important and i am not confident that the angular and energy dependence were sufficiently analysed considering various terrain form and clima
