What is it about?
in HIV infection, the viral transmission can occur between host cells and virions, viral clearance occur in CD4+Tcells. The model capture the effect of cell to cell contact and viral clearance by host cells on HIV-1 infection.

Why is it important?
the effect of clearance by host cell impacts of the progression of HIV-1 infection, when the immune system is still normal, the viral load can be controlled in the body.
Perspectives
I hope this article provide description about the effect of viral transmission through cell-cell contact, and viral clearance by host cell in the progression of HIV infection. The clearance effect determine the progression of HIV infection. HIV-1 infection can be control when the immune system is sill normal.
