Multiple sensor array based on ZnO nanowires for electronic nose applications towards toxic gases

What is it about?

Electro noses(e-nose) are one of the greatest sign of machine intelligence in the recent era of technological progression. In the present work multiple sensor array based on ZnO nanowires have been successfully realized by modifying the nanowire surface with a thin layer of different sensitizers namely Ni, Co, Mg, and Fe and investigated for possible e-nose application toward toxic gases such as H2S, NO2,CO, NH3.
