Why is it important?

It is one of the first studies to explore the relationship between trainee caseload and complication rates in the setting of an ERCP training program

Perspectives

I believe this study offers proof that training in ERCP is adequately safe and feasible both from the perspective of the patient but also from the perspective of the attending physician in charge of the training program.
