craniopharyngioma in childhood causes multiple cognitive, emotional and behavioural changes. Appropriate recognition of these helps in adequate clinical management. Current research evidence favors effectiveness of Behavior Therapy in these patients.

This is the first study from India which talks about neurobehavioural deficits in childhood craniopharyngioma.
Perspectives
I think this study would generate interest in this area and neurosurgeons who work in this area would expand on the little evidence base we have in India about neurocognitive deficits associated with childhood craniopharyngioma.
