Perspectives

Preoperative induction treatment for early-stage NSCLC is considered to be a promising tool for improving the rate of cure for patients with stage II-N1 NSCLC. A major problem for treatment planning in patients with cN1 disease is that obtaining an accurate diagnosis of N1 disease before surgery is difficult. The aim of this retrospective study was to aid in the search for better treatment strategies for patients with N1 disease.
