This paper provides a step by step description of an anatomical based approach to the temporal horn, that can be used for epilepsy surgery and medial temporal lobe tumors.

Perspectives

The group will publish further papers showing the surgical results of a larger series and a post operative MRI and DTI analysis of the temporal stem of the patients.
