What is it about?
A very thin drainage device for intracorporal endoscopic negative pressure therapy drains duodenal secretions. This promoted healing of a iatrogenic perforation after ERCP. The drainage uses a double layered open-pore film, construction is simple: gastric openings of the drainage tube are wrapped with the film.
