What is it about?
We asked patient to provide information about the medication they are supposed to take and double checked with the prescription of their General Practitioner.

Why is it important?
Patients knowledge about the medication they are taking is crucial for adherence and when they are seeing other doctors or buy over ther couter drugs in the pharmacy to ensure patient safety.
Perspectives
Many patients are not able to provide correct information about their medication. Every patient should have a written treatment plan. Digital solutions should be established. However given concerns about data safetiy and privacy I am sceptical this will happen soon.
