إطالة الساق قد تؤثر على وظيفة القدم لو تم إطالتها أكثر من نسبة محددة أو بسرعة أكثر من اللازم أو في بعض الحالات لو لم يتم إتخاذ الإحتياطات . و هذا البحث أجريناه على وظيفة القدم بعد إطالة الساق foot function is affected by over lengthening or too fast or lack of attention to proper rehabilitation. this paper review the foot function after tibial lengthening
