What is it about?

This study examines how perceived organizational support (POS) and leader-member exchange (LMX) influence job embeddedness among employees in Islamic Financial Institutions (IFIs), with self-efficacy serving as a mediating factor. Through a survey of 305 employees, the research highlights the positive effects of both POS and LMX on employee confidence and attachment to their organization.
