Detection Of A Recurrent Static Target Using Binary Sensor Networks

What is it about?

A fusion center collects over time decisions from sensors distributed in some area of interest about target presence/absence. Those decisions have low confidence level since there's no information sharing between the sensors. Since the fusion center has all the information its decision has potentially a very high confidence level. This work is about formulating those fusion rules.
