What is it about?

This paper has studied the power allocation problem for NOMA under the maximization of the sum rate criteria with QoS requirements for each user. We have also proved that NOMA can achieve spectral efficiency advantage over the OMA scheme in the high SNR region while accompany with disadvantage in the low SNR region.
