Perspectives
The paper presents an algorithm and its analysis. Unlike other recovery algorithms, the algorithm we propose relies on information content and not on energy. Therefore, it has the ability to separate out signal and noise when represented in an appropriate basis. The algorithm is very generic and can be applied to any signal.
