What is it about?

Why is it important?

This work is a new method for direction finding and target tracking by phased array observation in very low SNR situations. Our method is only subspace tracking method for target tracking in phased array systems that is Bayesian structure and moreover, has a closed-form solution for predict and update steps. Other similar methods are based on particle filter and Monte-Carlo simulation.
