What is it about?

A modulation strategy of CBPWM is proposed for DO-TSMC. By optimizing the sequences of the inverter stage switching modulation, each phase modulated wave has a unified expression form, does not contain trigonometric function calculation, and does not require sector judgements. Furthermore, a modified CBPWM strategy is proposed, it assigns the action time of each inverter according to the proportional coefficient, which can flexibly adjust the output voltage range of the two inverters. The proposed CBPWM is easier to implement than SVPWM. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of this method are verified by experiment.
