What is it about?

The FSS design is aimed to stop three GSM frqueny band to ensure a reduced elektromagnetic energy for interference effects and also for healt-related issues.

Why is it important?

The designed FSS is capable of stopping three seperate frequeny bands in a uniqe structure. It can be apply on the walls of the buildings to reduce the GSM related em waves.

Perspectives

Due to having 90% of miniaturizing, proposed FSS structure has a stable frequency characteristic for a wide range of oblique incidence angle. The FSS geometry is achieved which has stable frequency response with minimum 20dB of attenuation for TE and TM polarizations at each desired frequency band when the angle of incident wave is varied from 0 degree to 60 degree.
