Why is it important?

The Internet is faced with a range of problems, and the enhanced HTTP headers are used to improve the security of Web-based applications. Unfortunately, the adoption of the enhanced headers has been slow, and the paper thus analyses the adoption of the headers over the past few years.

Perspectives

The industry needs to adopt the new headers and more clearly define the cross-site policies. This paper shows the current state of adoption.
