Why is it important?
The convergence-times of unbiased amplitude estimation algorithms are then lower bounded by establishing its relationship with CRLBs. Any unbiased amplitude estimation methods cannot have better convergence performance than CRLB values obtained.

This article is a guide to amplitude algorithms that can be developed in the future for (inter) harmonic amplitude estimation, which is very important and also popular in the literature.
