What is it about?
the HV insulators are the important elements in the electrical transmission line, which can be affected by several pollution sources, such as the natural pollution (dust, desert aerosol...). For undesirable climatic conditions, the polluted HV insulators can be affected and out of service. In fact, we have studied the relationship between the number of HV insulators incidents and 12 climatic factors to distinguish the adverse factors.
