What is it about?

Given a set containing actual measurements as well as the corresponding variances, a state estimator provides the most likely estimate for the complex bus voltages of a power system. Observability Analysis can tell us if the available measurements are enough to estimate the state of a power system.

Why is it important?

The proposed approach is based on a Constrained Linear Regularized State Estimator. This approach brings advantages from the computacional point of view. Besides, it is easy to implement.
