What is it about?

Systems with antagonistic interactions and measurement noises are common in the real world. We analysed multi-agent systems with these features in the sense of mean square bipartite consensus. Some sufficient and necessary conditions are shown in this paper.

Why is it important?

We, for the first time, give the definition of mean square bipartite consensus protocol and propose conditions for the protocol we designed to be it for multi-agent systems with antagonistic interactions and measurement noises. Some necessary conditions are shown too.
