What is it about?
Relay selection is an important technoloy in wireless cooperaitve communications. We have proposed two opportunistic relaying protocols, and investigated the outage performance of these protocols with outdated channel state information.

Why is it important?
We show some important conclusions, for example, 1) the outage performance of the direct retransmission priority is better than that of the opportunistic relay priority; 2) The outage performance of the reactive opportunistic relay selection is better than that of the proactive opportunistic relay selection in the same scenario.
